“We have the gift of intuitive femininity which is a great power by itself. As women, we can inspire each other and be constant reminders to each other that everything is possible.”

My favorite motto is that “everything is possible.” Women are astronauts, we are engineers, we are pilots, we are generals, we are ministers, and rabbis. We are even running for the presidency. And yet, with all of our amazing accomplishments as women, the most difficult thing we encounter is to juggle all the facets of our lives.
I’m going to share how I have been able to balance the various aspects of my crazy life, building a big business and at the same time, building a big family.
After having my fifth child, I got to a point where it was very difficult for me to run my household. It became extremely difficult to manage my responsibilities at work and at home. I had no time for myself and felt miserable about everything I was doing. While in a state of confusion, no woman can perform. My household and my family weren’t in a peaceful place and neither was my career. I’m sure you all recognize this feeling.
For me, the day I found balance was the day I had a real honest conversation with myself. It is not always easy to be honest and truthful to ourselves, as the truth can sometimes be painful. But this is how you will empower your mind. Being truly honest during my inner dialogues brought me to a place where my excuses were no longer valid. For example, I used to complain that if I was anxious at home, it was because I had a bad day in my office. And if I didn’t exercise or take care of myself, it was because I didn’t have time. Now I realize that time is created when you commit to your goal. Time appears when intentions are set.
